Waiting

The doctor called me and told me he wont move my due date to November 22. He doesn't care the baby is big. I do care. I don't want to get her here in December and see that she is 10 pounds. I have been doing jumping jacks. About every 10 minutes for the last day and a half, I will do 30 jumping Jacks. We will see if I can get her to move down. I also drank some Raspberry Leaf tea. Thanks Megan for the tip. I don't know if I can eat dark chocolate. I will keep everyone up to date. It would be great if she came before Thanksgiving. We will see what h appends.

Good luck! The last few weeks are so hard. My doctor was just telling me yesterday that two of her patients had had ultrasounds so measure their babies and if both cases the ultrasound showed they weighed 2 pounds more than they really did. So hopefully, she's not really as big as the ultrasound shows. My doctor mentioned she doesn't really like using ultrasounds to measure how big they are because it isn't that accurate.

Chels - I know you're anxious and kinda done, but be careful. The last thing you want is for that baby to come before her lungs/body are ready. Visiting your baby in the NICU for 2 weeks or longer are not fun. Leaving the hospital without your baby is aweful... so, just be willing to let her come when SHE is ready. I love you, I don't want to see you go through something even more challenging!

I see that your getting the pregnancy crazies! :) Just relax! You still have weeks before she's supposed to be here! Just enjoy the time that you have and pick up some projects to do that can help pass the time. In my opinion, babies come when they are ready. There are many things that people claim help to bring on labor, but I think that unless your body is already there, they aren't going to do a darn thing. And spending all your time expecting her to come even before you are due, just drives you nuts. It makes you feel like she is late, even when she arrives right on schedule. Good luck with the crazies! I KNOW how you feel. Just try to relax! My friend posted a really fun craft idea that you might think is fun, to keep you occupied. Just find things to keep you busy and excited. http://benseyleb.blogspot.com/2008/11/how-tos-on-black-white-picture.html
